3 Ingredient Chocolate Protein Pudding


This recipe is almost too simple to even be a recipe, but for me at least, it's a lifesaver when I'm in a rush!

It's chocolatey, silky, smooth and very indulgent, but also super healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 30g protein powder (I use unflavoured soya)

  • 20g cocoa/cacao or your favourite hot chocolate sachet

Method:

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. Heartily devour
