Organisation for a Healthy Lifestyle
It's perhaps not the same for everybody, but I know I personally wouldn't be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle without some level of organisation. It's so easy for health to just become an after thought, but it's something I'd say that's definitely worth making a priority.
Here are a few top tips that I use in order to maintain fitness and healthy eating:
Have a workout slot (or a few). This can be a gym class that you commit to or an hour or so that you reserve where you make sure that there's nothing to stop you.
Meal plan! This is especially helpful if you go before shopping so that you don't overbuy foods that you don't really need.
Pinterest - I honestly can't recommend it enough for storing healthy recipes!
Cut out recipes from magazines and put them into a plastic wallet - there's almost always some for free by the till, and I've found that some of the things in there are actually pretty great.
Make ahead meals. If you're a busy person in the mornings, having a pre-made breakfast like overnight oats or a frittata from the night before can save you time but also make sure that you start your day off healthily.
